Legendary Whitetails strives to offer unique, distinctive, exclusive merchandise. We occasionally change the merchandise displayed on our site. In addition, many of our sale items are available in limited quantities and in limited sizes or colors. This means that we cannot guarantee that an item previously displayed on our site will still be available the next time you visit. When an item displayed on our website is no longer available, we will take reasonable steps to remove that item or indicate that it is no longer available.

Colors

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, due to computer monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.

Site transactions

Legendary Whitetails reserves the right to refuse any order placed with us or to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we limit or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you through the e-mail, billing address or telephone number you provided when the order was placed.

Inaccuracies

It is our goal to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain insufficient data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Legendary Whitetails shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

Canadian Shipping Policy

By ordering goods from Legendary Whitetails, you authorize Livingston International a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by Legendary Whitetails to act as your agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear your merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to Legendary Whitetails and prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that is returned. CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and you will obtain the refund directly from Legendary Whitetails. In this connection, the customs broker is also authorized to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in your name, so that Legendary Whitetails can be reimbursed.
